      General Questions

      • How do I cancel my order? 
      You have 24 hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. Please send an email with the subject: CANCEL ORDER. Please attach proof or purchase and reason for cancelling. You should receive a reply within the 24 hours with your refund information.
       
      • What countries do you ship to? 
      Currently we are working on the logistics to be able to ship to Latin America, North America and Europe. At the moment, we are only shipping in the United States, Canada and El Salvador.
       
      • What is your return policy?

      • How long does it take for my order to arrive? 
      Once an order has been placed, you will be given a shipment confirmation date. For US orders, shipping is usually less than 5 business days.
